This Data Protection Declaration explains the kind, scope, and purpose of our processing of personal data within our online offering and the websites, functions, and contents in conjunction therewith. The data protection declaration applies regardless of the used domains, systems, platforms, and devices (e.g. desktop or mobile) used for accessing the online offering.
Candidate Data Protection Declaration
The Declaration is for persons who wish to register a career profile on our candidate portal with epunkt free of charge either when applying for a vacancy or when submitting an unsolicited application.
Candidate Terms of Use
The Terms of Use define the rights and duties of the users of a free epunkt career profile.
Candidate Declaration of Consent
Express consent to epunkt's processing of personal data for the purpose of career advice and job placements (art. 6 para. 1a art. 9 para. 2a GDPR).
