We target our offer at applicants who maintain a career profile with epunkt (hereinafter referred to as "Candidates") and non-registered visitors of our website (hereinafter referred to as "Visitors").

Storing & processing of data for Candidates with career profile

Candidates agree to the internal storage and processing of their data in an automated procedure by epunkt, which has been disclosed to epunkt in the course of the business relationship; they agree in particular also to the forwarding of the data for the initiation of employment and related contracts.The Candidate agrees to be contacted by telephone, email and other means of communication, e.g. social media, by epunkt concerning all information relating to the application process.


If you have signed up for the newsletter of epunkt (which is not done automatically by the creation of a career profile), epunkt will use the data you enter when registering for the purpose of mailing the newsletter. Your data will not be disseminated to third parties. Exceptions from this are solely partner companies that are responsible for the technical application of the newsletter mailing.
