Information on conformity in accordance with the Accessibility Act

We strive to make our website accessible in accordance with the Accessibility Act to implement the European Accessibility Directive (Directive 2019/882) on the accessibility requirements of products and services. The WCAG 2.2 guideline for accessible web content was adhered to as close as possible.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not fully-accessible for the following reasons:

  • The color contrast in the body text of some areas has been identified as not fully accessible. Since this is purely informative content that does not affect the central service (such as job advertisements pages or the candidate profile area), an adjustment is not currently being made for economic and organizational reasons but will be re-evaluated in future revisions.
  • This content does not fall within the scope of the applicable legislation:
There are older documents and content available on the website that are potentially not accessible. As these were published before 28.06.2025, they are exempt from the Accessibility Act and no comprehensive change is currently planned for them. If you need help with non-accessible documents, please contact office@epunkt.com. In this case, we will try to make the content available to you in a suitable manner. In accordance with the Austrian Accessibility Act (BaFG) in implementation of EU Directive 2019/882, the accessibility obligation applies exclusively to content and digital services aimed at consumers (end users). The B2B area (https://www.epunkt.com/r/), which is aimed exclusively at companies, is therefore not covered by the Accessibility Act.
  • The website contains content from third-party providers that are neither developed nor financed or controlled by us. No statement can be made regarding the compatibility of this third-party content with the accessibility regulations, and it is therefore also exempt from the requirements of the Accessibility Act.

Preparation of the accessibility declaration

The compatibility of the website with the Austrian Accessibility Act was assessed in the form of a self-test in accordance with WCAG 2.2.
