We are committed to operating according to the highest standards.

If you notice any behavior that does not comply with legal principles and standards, you have the opportunity to report this misconduct.

What can I report and how?

The whistleblowing system is available for reporting breaches and misconduct that you have observed in relation to our company in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act. Your vigilance helps us to minimize risk within our organization.

You can submit your information through our whistleblowing process. You are free to make the report anonymously or by providing your contact details.

  1. If you wish to provide your contact details, please send an email to hinweisgeber@epunkt.com.
  2. If you prefer to remain anonymous, please follow these steps:
    Create an email account on a free email platform (e.g. gmx.at) that does not reveal your identity (e.g. 355444@gmx.at). Use this account to send a whistleblower email to hinweisgeber@epunkt.com.

What protection do I have as a whistleblower?

The EU Directive on the protection of persons reporting breaches of Union law (referred to as the "Whistleblowing Directive") provides you (as a whistleblower) protection from retaliation by the company, provided you report breaches/misconduct in the areas specified in the Whistleblower Protection Act (§ 3 HSchG) to the best of your knowledge and in good faith through the company’s internal whistleblowing system. Deliberate false reports are not tolerated and may result in legal and employment consequences.

What happens to my report?

Each report is reviewed and assessed. If it is a compliance-relevant notice, an appropriate investigation will be initiated. In this case, maintaining communication between you and the compliance organization is important and will be facilitated through the whistleblowing system – specifically via your anonymous email address.

As a whistleblower, you will receive information on the status and the outcome of the processing of your report upon request.
