After a combined technical and business education at HTL for electrical engineering and the WU Wien, Oliver got into IT project business and was working there over 10 years in sales positions. Afterwards, another 10 years in IT and engineering on the recruiting side. He has always worked throughout Austria, has a wide range of interests and loves the variety that the project-oriented work and dealing with people offers.
