epunkt: Market Leader in Recruitment for the Third Time in a Row
Study by Interconnection Consulting Confirms: epunkt is once again the #1 Recruiter in Austria
Interconnection Consulting recently published a study confirming that epunkt is the market leader in recruitment for 2017. For the first time, epunkt has both the highest turnover and the most placements in the market.
Independent Study Confirms epunkt’s Recruiting Success
Interconnection Consulting’s annual market tracking study in the “Recruitment & Executive Search” branch analysed 49 recruiters active on the Austrian market in 2017. As in years prior, epunkt came out on top. “epunkt’s innovative recruiting activities have again resulted in official market leadership,” comments Daniel Marwan (CEO and founder of epunkt).
Whereas eight of the top 10 market players lost market share measured by turnover, epunkt was the only recruiter that succeeded in substantially increasing its market share. In 2016, epunkt’s market share by turnover was 7.4%, in 2017 it reached 7.7%. epunkt also reached the top of the heap for the first time as measured by placements with a market share of 12%.
epunkt Has Been Consolidating Market Leadership since 2015
epunkt became the market leader in the business year 2015. Since then, the 6.7% market share by turnover has increased to 7.7%, continuing the growth trend of the owner-run recruiting agency. “epunkt’s 36% growth in 2017 is significantly faster than that of the market and relevant market players,” notes Daniel Marwan (CEO of epunkt).
epunkt itself has been growing very quickly, too. Between January and October 2018, 72 new employees began work in Linz, Vienna, and Graz.
