epunkt is richer by an award. The most popular company for candidates were searched for as a part of the Candidate Experience Awards in the DACH-region (German speaking countries). On December 1st that company, which offers their candidates an above-average Candidate Experience, was chosen. We are proud to be the only company with headquarters in Austria, which has received an award.
"2015 is the year of the candidates", according to the initiators of the Candidate Experience Awards. It is time to rethink because the wind in the job market is rougher for companies. Candidates are no longer applicants - with the Improvement of candidate experience companies react to this change as a part of the job application process or selection process. Now the year draws to a close and organizers lure the favourites of the candidates with the Candidate Experience Awards.
Sought after: the most popular companies with candidates
With the Candidate Experience Awards the Talent Board, a US-American Non-Profit-Organisation, provides data for satisfaction of candidates since 2011. The Institute for Competitive Recruiting (ICR) got this award in 2015 for the first time in the DACH region. epunkt as a pioneer in recruiting took this opportunity to benchmark themselves internationally. "We want to enthuse our candidates on a sustained-basis. We constantly analyse our processes and optimize these", says Daniel Marwan, Director and owner of epunkt. "The results of the Candidate Experience Awards help us to further improve on our quality."
Award in London – epunkt gets the award
More than 140 employers from several fields and size categories have registered for participation in the 2015 programmes. epunkt is one of 15 companies that was presented an award for an above average Candidate Experience in The Brewery in London on December 1st 2015. "We are extremely proud to be the only company with headquarters in Austria, which has received an award", said Marwan. "I would like to thank all employees of epunkt, who enthuse our candidates day in day out with passion and make new ways in recruiting in projects possible."
Both, successfully placed and rejected candidates, were questioned in the context of participation regarding information content of job advertisements, communication with contact persons, professionalism of discussions and experiences in case of rejection. Even epunkt themselves had to submit a comprehensive questionnaire. Participants are not ranked, it is a rating that the company should use for itself.
