We are Recruiting
As a partner to well-known companies, and with over 15 years' experience in recruitment, we can offer professionals and leadership candidates from the IT, Business and Technology sectors more than just a job. Our goal is to place the ideal candidate for the most attractive positions:
- Candidates working with us have a two-fold advantage. This is because we work for around 2000 companies, which in itself already increases the likelihood of finding an appropriate position. Many of the vacancies we fill are never publicly advertised, instead the candidates with a relevant career history are contacted.

If you do not yet have a profile on epunkt, the first step is to register.
The more complete your profile, the better.
2. Apply or receive an approach
You can get updates and information from our website on the current job offers and apply with one click of your mouse. Your application will be forwarded directly to the appropriate recruitment consultant, who get in touch with you. We will also approach you if a vacancy comes up that is suitable for you.
At epunkt we do not offer lots of arbitrarily selected jobs, but instead a single suitable one.
3. Interview with epunkt
We conduct structured interviews from our offices in a relaxed atmosphere. If you are interested in the position, we will forward
your documents to our client.
4. The second round
You will have the second interview with your potential employer (our client) on site. We will be pleased to provide you with all the information about the position so that you can prepare.
5. Accept job offer and get started
If the position is a match for both sides, then we will congratulate you sincerely and hope not to hear from you with regard to job search for a while. You can deactivate your profile at any time if you are no longer looking for a job, or reactivate it if you are looking for another change.
